Grosset
Jeffrey Grosset’s unwavering approach to exact winemaking made his Rieslings a defining example of new world expression. The ‘Polish Hill’ and ‘Springvale’ are ingrained as leaders of style and variety in drinkers’ minds. The Grosset Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are also text book expressions of Adelaide Hills potential for cool climate winemaking, and the Gaia’s Bordeaux Blend of varieties is a supreme example of elegance and balanced structure.

About the Winemaker
Jeff’s achievements are not limited to grape growing and wine making as he was at the forefront of Australian producers moving to screwcap closures and he is currently working on creating Block Chain technology for wine security which will be used globally. Jeff has received many accolades over the years and was the inaugural winner of the Gourmet Traveller Winemaker of the year award.
The wine
Production is tiny. Single vineyard wines are the focus. The winemaking process is gentle and uncomplicated. Custodianship remains with Grosset Wines from grape growing to bottling; authenticity is assured.
